Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Free): 8–15 business days
Express Shipping: 5–8 business days ($4.99 AUD)

Please note: Delivery timeframes begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date of purchase. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. We currently ship to all addresses within Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada including metro, regional, and rural areas.

Customs & Duties

All orders are shipped from our international fulfilment partner. Your order may be subject to customs processing. Any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer, though in our experience Australian orders rarely incur additional charges.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either locate your parcel or send a replacement at no cost to you.
